ChildCareList.com verifies all Premium Members' standing with the appropriate state child care licensing agenies to ensure compliance with all state laws and regulations governing child care in their respective states.

The child care providers and facilites listed in our database are for information purposes only and are made available to aid in the search of reliable and trustworthy child care. All information is, therefore, deemed reliable but not guaranteed, except where noted by the CCL "Confirmed" Seal. The CCL "Confirmed" Seal denotes that ChildCareList.com has confirmed a provider or facility to be in good standing with the appropriate state child care licensing agency and has not received negative or derogatory information at the time of confirmation.

All providers are required to immediately information ChildCareList.com should their child care license become rescinded or revoked for any reason whatsoever by emailing us at license@childcarelist.com.
